Steve founded Management Advisors, Inc. in 1983 and serves as president of the firm. He has over thirty years of management consulting experience, serving a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations. Steve's consulting focuses are business planning, organizational development, and information technology. In the area of organization development, Steve has conducted many structural audits, management reviews, and organization improvement engagements. Steve's information technology experience includes conducting needs analyses and helping organizations select and implement information systems. He has been involved in the planning, design and development of various types of information systems. Steve's early consulting career began with Day & Zimmermann, Inc. He then served with Coopers & Lybrand, an international public accounting and consulting firm in both their Philadelphia and Detroit offices. Steve also spent three years as an executive with Lyall Electric, a mid-west electronics manufacturer.
